Every flight, a second chance

How it works

One flight, one new beginning

  1. 01

    Tell us your route

Share your departure city, destination, and travel dates. We'll see if there's a dog whose flight aligns with yours.

  2. 02

    We handle paperwork

Crate, vaccines, customs documents, airline approvals: every form is prepared, double-checked, and ready when you arrive at the airport.

  3. 03

    Bring them home

Most dogs travel as accompanied baggage. You meet a Hope's Haven volunteer at departure, hand off at arrival. That's it. They're home.

Flight partner FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to pay anything?

No. Hope’s Haven covers crate, paperwork, vet certificates, and airline fees. You just bring your booked seat.

What if my flight changes?

Plans change, and that’s normal. As soon as you know about a change, tell us. We can adjust transport on our side or pause until your next trip.

Will I be responsible for the dog at the airport?

A Hope’s Haven volunteer hands the dog to you at departure check-in and another volunteer meets you at arrival. You’re never alone with the dog through customs.
