Hopes Haven Dog Rescue appreciates any and all monetary support. Monetary contributions help ensure that our dogs are provided with all of the necessary medical care, grooming, food and treats, and all other supplies required to support their transition.
Rescue is a cost-intensive venture. Expenses incurred include preparation for travel, the flight and associated costs, vet and/or specialist visits, food, supplies for fostering, and other needs. Dogs often need more financial assistance than the adoption fee will cover.
We also seek to help injured or dogs with special needs that might need, for example, expensive surgery, rehabilitation therapy or specialized training. We rely on donations to make it possible for us to assist.

We are always in need of new unopened bags of kibble and to refresh our stash of toys that we loan out to the foster homes. Please purchase from our Amazon wishlist, which is updated regularly! The items are shipped directly to one of our volunteer supply hubs, from which the foster parents are able to pick up the supplies.
We also are happy to receive any extra, used & no longer needed supplies that are still in good condition. Anything in our wishlist below is greatly appreciated! if you wish to donate, you can email info@hopeshavendogrescue.ca and we will arrange pick up or drop off of the items.

How does your contribution help?
Each dog that is taken into our rescue requires a Martingale collar with a rescue tag, leash, slip lead, toys, a bed, food, and treats. Crates and baby gates will also be provided if needed.
Donations will help to ensure all dogs are adequately supplied as they make their transition to their forever homes.
To ensure sustainability within the community, once the dog is adopted, supplies will be washed and reused for new incoming dogs.

We greatly appreciate your interest in volunteering! We strive to make our team at Hope's Haven Dog Rescue a fun-loving and inclusive family. As we’re volunteer-run, we rely completely on volunteer assistance to do what we do.
It takes a village to do the work we do! We are a 100% volunteer-run foundation, working hard to rehome dogs in need. Check out the many opportunities to help our cause below.
