Jake is the sweetest boy who came from the hardest past. We rescued him from a hoarding situation where he was sold, then sent back from an abusive home before he came to us. He struggled to find food, was extremely neglected and had almost zero socialization.

But the truth is, if you met him now, you would have no idea this was the case for him because he has not let it hold him back in any way. He is extremely friendly, affectionate and playful. He can take a minute to get to know someone new but he always comes around within a few minutes to accept pets and snuggles.

Jake does well with the company of another dog that he can learn from and follow but also loves the undivided attention from his favourite people too.
